2008 - KLUV Radio "Hippiefest" at the Nokia Theater
The old system is powering the soundstage. The Crawfish Band performed. (They were GOOD!) Need a band? We can highly recommend them! |
2008 - Live Green in Plano
We powered the sound stage all day. Headline group was the Bill Tillman Band. In 2009, we also powered cooking demos by Kent Rathbun, of Iron Chef fame. |

2009 - Fort Worth Prairie Fest
2009 was the last year these systems were used. The aluminum platform (2nd from left) is visible. The orignal wood rotted away after sitting in water during the Hurricane Katrina rescue effort. |

Powering several vendors outside the front of the building. The booth to the right of the Solar Shuttle is Paciugo Ice Cream - a very quality treat! They provided free samples to us all day! |

2011 - City of Arlington Ecofest
The Solar Shuttle has been powering all of Ecofest's vendors since 2010, and is booked again this year. Ecofest attracts nearly 10,000 attendees each year! |
2013 - City of Fort Worth Earth Party, Sundance Square
Power for the sound stage & water trailer. The "eco" band "Vocal Trash" used 10,000 watts on audio peaks! The trailer dispensed chilled water for attendees. |
2013 - Solar Car Challenge
11 teams used electricity from the Shuttle to repair their cars along the race route from Fort Worth to Los Angeles. Here, the Solar Shuttle provides power for a welder. |
